Disciple II Bible Study Coming this Fall
There will be a Disciple II Bible Study, Into the Word Into the World, being offered this fall for all interested participants. The orientation session will be held on Thursday September 2, 2010 and the first class will meet on Thursday, September 9, 2010. Disciple II is an in-depth bible study of Genesis - Exodus in the Old Testament and Luke-Acts in the New Testament. The study will last for 32 weeks involving nightly readings and a weekly meeting and will be facilitated by Junell Treece and Letha Peters.
Gilligan’s Island Bible Study

In the Gilligan’s Island Bible Study, you’ll see how Gilligan is Sloth, the Skipper is Anger, the Professor is Pride, Ginger is Lust, Mary Ann is Envy, Mr. Howell is Greed and Lovey Howell is Gluttony! Don’t get stranded–hop aboard this fun Bible study today! The Spiritual Care Committee is offering this 7-lesson study on Wednesday evenings at 7:00 p.m. in the CLC beginning July 7th. Conference-wide Bible study offered August 17-19, 2010
A conference-wide Bible study on the Gospel of John will be offered August 17-19, 2010 at Mt. Wesley. The Bible seminar/study will be led by Dr. Jamie Clark-Soles, a New Testament scholar from Perkins School of Theology at SMU. This study is open to both clergy and laity.
