How well do you know those friendly faces you see every Sunday? Yes, you may have several - or many - close friends in the congregation, but surely not everyone.

Spiritual Care ministry would like to invite everyone to an evening of sharing our stories and our faith journeys on Sunday, April 21st, in the CLC at 6 p.m. Pastor Rusty will facilitate the event in a rotating group format. Now that sounds intriguing, doesn't it?

Additionally, we invite folks to share salads, sandwiches, desserts in a light foods potluck. Please join us for this evening of sharing food, friendships, and faith.

An Evening with Rev. Dr. Marcus Freeman

Spiritual Care ministry invites the congregation to join us for an evening with Dr. Marcus Freeman III on   Monday, October 30th, at 6:30 p.m. in the sanctuary.  In demand as a speaker,  Dr. Freeman, Rio Texas Capital District superintendent, has graciously agreed to speak to the Berkeley congregation about United Methodist foundations, Wesleyan theology, and how we can lean on these foundations in this time of transition in the church, and use them to guide our way forward.  We hope   everyone will take advantage of this unique opportunity to interact with our district superintendent, avail ourselves of his knowledge and  leadership, and get to know one another.
